Our olives are organically and sustainably grown in Northern California olive groves. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, lye, chemical ripening agents, heat or preservatives. Cured over an 8 month period. Tree-ripened. These are really unique....as nature intended!!
These are a refrigerated and perishable item. If shipping outside California, orders containing these products will only be shipped on Mondays.
